SearchMany times , with big libraries you can have some problems to find an object : if we think, for example, of a patch contained in a library of some tens of banks. To resolve this problem this function has been created which permits to effect any kind of research in the library. The buttons <Search> permit to start the research and the result are shown in the down part, they contain the kind, the name, the modification date and the location of the object. These informations can be also printed on paper using the button <Print> or saved on disk in text format using the button <Save to Disk>. The research can be done in accordance to one or more criterions : Name : The research will be done by the name of the object to research. The name can be inserted in the edit box that is situated on the right above. Type : You can decide to effect the research only on some kind of objects, qualifying them or not, in the option group Search For. Case Sensitive : If entitled it causes the distinction between the minuscule and the capital characters of the names. Substring : This options permits to insert even only one part of the name to search. Search Into Selected : It makes sure that the research will be done only on the selected objects of the library, at the moment of the starting of the function. Date and Time : If activated they permit to search the modified objects in a certain time interval which specifications are specified in the groups Modified Date and Modified Time. |
